When we ask the question, “What are your goals?”
Answers usually fall into 4 main categories:
1. Lose Weight: Lose fat & lose muscle = run long slow distances (LSD) burns muscle for fuel
2. Change Body Composition: Lose fat & gain muscle = CF + Nutrition.
3. Perform Better: Lose fat & gain muscle = CF + Nutrition
4. Improve Health: Lose fat & gain muscle = CF + Nutrition
If you answered #1 then MHCF probably is not your answer. But if you do want to gain muscle and do any or all the above come talk to us.
We are going to kick off our nutrition challenge this week. Come in to be weighed and measured. Saturday we are having a nutrition Q&A and discuss the format of our challenge. The cost is $35, the challenge is for 6-weeks, the “prize” is better health and better performance AND the chance to win a FREE month of membership at MHCF! The challenge is open to everyone!
