WOD
Max Lift Day:
Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1
Push Press 3-3-3-3-3
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5
(if you are feeling it, attempt to max the push press and jerk after reaching your 3 and 5 rep maxes)

Added Bonus afterwards – 3 attempts at Max reps Pull Ups.  Those of you new to bandless kipping work on connecting those pull ups to get as many in a row as possible.
