You knew it was coming……Fran! It’s the beginning of the year so let’s get a good baseline on your Fran and we’ll be repeating this soon enough so you can measure your progress. For those new to CrossFit, Fran is one of the benchmark workouts complimentary of CrossFit headquarters. Pretty much anyone familiar with CrossFit has heard of and done the Fran wod. And nobody get’s out of Fran this week. If you miss class Wednesday you’ll be doing Fran the next time you come in 🙂
