Minute 1 | :30 Bear hug Sandbag Hold (150/100)

Minute 2 | :30 Pull-ups (mod: banded, jumping, or ring row)

Minute 3 | :30 Burpee box jump overs (24/20)

Post total pullups & BBJO to Wodify and Whiteboard

Recovery

1:00 Tricep and bicep mash w/ pvc

1:00 Heel sit w/pvc behind knees
