Tall Snatch – Light weight by feel – 3 x 5

Snatch High-Pull + Hang Snatch (mid-thigh) + Snatch (% of RM)  – 1+1+1 RM, 90% x 1+1+1, 90% x 1+1+1

Floating Snatch Pull to Hold on Riser (2 sec pause in bottom) – 85% x 4, 90% x 4, 95% x 4

Back Squat (3 pause first 2 reps each set) – 75% x 5 x 3

A1. Good Morning – 3 x 10
A2. Weighted Plank – 3 x 20-30 sec
 
*Increase BOLD weights if you feel good.
