WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:
BURGENER WARM UP+SKILL TRANSFER EXERCISES.
- FRONT SQUAT: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
- snatch: work up to 75%x1, 80%x1, 85%x1 for 3 waves.
- clean and jerk: work up to 80%x1, 85%x1 for 2 waves.
- front squat: 1, 1, 1, 1.
- sit ups using 25 lb plate behind head x 25 reps total.
