WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM: 

  1. power snatch+ohs+sotts press: 1+3+3.  5 sets of the same weight.  make this light.
  2. pwr clean+front squat+pj+jerk: 1+3+1+1: 5 sets using the same weight….make this light as well.  you choose.
  3. front squat:  1, 1, 1, 1. (fairly heavy)
  4. abs: your choice.
