WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM: EASE BACK INTO TRAINING

body building day…..not heavy…..just work on getting body back into a feeling of working out. 

then do some bar snatches for 3-4 sets x 3-4 reps

clean and jerk: same as the snatch.

sauna, relax….enjoy this time.
