WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:    MEET DAY.  YOU ARE PREPARED TO GIVE IT YOUR ALL.  TREAT THIS DAY AS A MEET!!!

  1. snatch; max out
  2. clean and jerk: max out

during this time open with openers….warm up to 90-95% of opener….go out and get a new personal best.  you get 3 attempts to get that personal best.  we want to go 6 for 6…..focus on your good attempts and see yourself making these lifts!!!
