WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM: 

  1. DB BENCH PRESS: 3 X 10….GO UP IN WEIGHT EACH SET
  2. TEMPO BACK SQUATS: 10 SEC DOWN, 1002 PAUSE AT BOTTOM, DRIVE OUT OF HOLE. 3 SETS.
  3. ROMANIAN DEADLIFTS: 3 X 4 REPS.  PAUSE 1001 AT BOTTOM.
  4. TOES TO BAR: 50 REPS.
