WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  1. snatch: 60%x1x5 sets on the minute, 65%x1x5 sets on the minute, 70%x1x5 sets on the minute…total of 15 sets on the minute. we need 5 more singles….increasing in weight.  if you miss a weight 2 times you are finished for the day.

rest 15-20 minutes.

2. clean and jerk: same as snatch.
