WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  1. front squat: 10 sets of 3 at 80%
  2. back squat: 3 sets of 2 at 78%
  3. overhead squat: 5 sets of singles….moving up in weight each set to a med to heavy single on last set.
