WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:
1. snatch: 5-10 sets x3 reps with bar only…..work from mid thigh and ride it down…while down there on the last 2-3 sets do 2-3 sotts presses.
2. clean and jerk: 5-10 sets x 1 clean+3 sotts presses+1 jerk with bar only…..work from mid thigh….ride it down….do 2-3 sotts presses from the front squat…..stand….jerk the weight x 1.
