WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:  REST AND RECOVERY DAY WITH LIGHT WT.

1. snatch pulls+snatch: no more than 40 kg (can be less).  1 snatch pull+1 snatch x 5 sets.

2. clean pull+clean+jerk: no more than 50 kg (can be less): 1 clean pull+1 clean+1 jerk x 5 sets.

3. box jumps x 25

4. toes to bar x 25

5. stretch

6. in the evening before bed: 1 min hot shower+1 min very cold rinse x 3 sets.
