1) Back Squat: 3-5 sets x 3 reps within 90% of 3 RM on Monday

2) Split jerk: 3-5 sets x 3 reps within 90% of 3 RM on Monday

3) Bench press: 3-5 sets x 3 reps within 90% of 3 RM on Monday
