NOTE:  We added the 6 pm class time to Friday’s, so we are now consistent on the schedule M-F evening with a 5:15 pm and 6 pm class time. 

ALSO, we CHANGED Saturday to 11:30 am and we will continue to post the time of the day we will be doing our own workout on Sunday’s.  Sunday’s will not be a formal class but we would love for you to workout with us when we can make it up there!

Day 16 for Burpees!!  Keep em going guys, remember we are doing these to show our support for Jenna’s husband Chris who is in the Navy oversees and coming home soon.
