Gymnastics Coaching! Wednesday from 8pm to 9pm in Parker.  We’ll leave the gym around 730 after class.  If you want to meet us there the location is: 18002 E. Clarke Rd Parker, Colorado 80134 Phone (303)-841- 9269

T-shirts and Headbands! – Most pre-paid members have picked up their t-shirts so we’ll start selling the remaining shirts/tanks.  $20 for each item, also we have some headbands still left, $10.  Come out to the CO Masters Competition this weekend and support our MHCF team members and sport your new gear!

*CO Open Masters Athletes – I recommend you plan on doing only 3 Rounds and if you feel a rip coming on (or do rip), skip the pull ups and finish the rest of the exercises. If you complete 3 Rounds and still feel good go ahead and keep going without the pull ups.  No unnecessary rips please.
