Great job on the games Snatch WOD. I used to hate this lift and still struggle with it. There are so many details to this powerful lift. Remember we are offering our Olympic Lifting class, (free of charge) to give you the opportunity to have some time dedicated specifically to the Olympic Lifts. I know it can be confusing and overwhelming and the lifts take focus and practice and repetition. 30 Minute Max to get to your max lift on all three lifts, so keep moving… complete one max before moving onto next lift.
