WOD

3x – 500m Row Sprints
Strength: Back Squats – 70% x 3 reps; 80% x 3 reps; 90% x 3 or more reps

10 Rounds
2 Push Press (2 rep max, go heavy…no changing weight during WOD)
*60 seconds to complete the 2 reps, rest the remaining time
