Reminder: Save the Date, Oct 28th will be our 1 year anniversary celebration.  At the gym starting about 4:30PM and going til 8:30PM.  More details to follow but get your costumes ready!  There will be a workout so plan that accordingly 🙂

WOD
Strength: Deadlifts 5 reps at 40%, 50%, 60%

Then,
50 Power cleans (135/95)
-3 push press/jerk at the top of every minute except the first minute

Then, 3 minute rest and complete a mile run at 80% pace.  Not for time but mandatory cool down
