Congrats to all the athletes who participated in the MBS CrossFit  Turkey Challenge this weekend. Haven’t seen final standings yet but hopefully we’ll get them up soon.

Thanksgiving Week Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday all classes are as normally scheduled.  Thursday, Friday and Saturday will each have a 10AM class only.  Come enjoy a WOD before getting into the Thanksgiving festivities!
