Wow, wall walks are FUN! haha. Don’t worry, no more plans for those…this week at least 🙂

Schedule Reminder: Thursday, Friday and Saturday we will do a 10AM class only on those days.

WOD
Skill: 1 min on, 1 min off, 45 sec on/off, 30 sec on/off, 15 sec on/off of Pull Ups

Seven rounds of:
35 Double-unders
1 (Squat) Snatch

Make one snatch attempt per round, record time and total weight lifted (go for about 80-85% max)

-if you miss a snatch attempt do not count that weight for your weighted score.
