*Teams of 4

30 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/25)
*Each team member works one at a time, each doing 30 GTO

30 Weighted Box Dips (45/25)
30 Romanian Deadlifts (135/95)
30 Slam Balls (50/30)
30 Wall Balls – 10ft target (20/14)
*Each team member works simultaneously at a different station; cannot move stations until everyone has completed their 30 reps; everyone works at each station once.

30 Hang Squat Cleans (95/65)
*Each team member works one at a time, each doing 30 HSC
