I can honestly say that I, for one, enjoyed my Thanksgiving weekend of workouts and eating. No, I did not stay paleo. I allowed myself a cheat weekend. I do, however, prefer how I feel with a paleo diet and absolutely enjoy my food on a daily basis. I will get back to my regular eating habits tomorrow. I encourage you to not allow December to be an entire month of indulgence but to relax on an as needed basis (work Christmas parties, neighborhood get-together etc). Feel free to ask for advice, check out some of the links we have to the left of the page under “nutrition” or check out some new sites and recipes that flood the internet. Let me know what you find, I am always looking for new recipes to try. Feel free to post links to comments or send me an email with a tried and true recipe you find. I can’t try them all myself so I welcome your input!
