WOD

Strength: 10 minutes to find 1 rep max Hang Clean

Then…

Every 30 seconds for 10 minutes:
1 Power Clean (85-90% of 1 rep max)
5 Hand-Release Push-ups

*1 Wall Walk for any missed rep (missed PC or do not finish your push-ups within the 30 seconds)
**Wall Walks to be performed at the end of the 10 minutes…feel free to track with pennies 🙂
