50 Box Jump (24″)
50 Jumping Pull-Ups
50 KB Swings (35#)
50 Walking Lunge Steps
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Push Press (45/35)
50 Back Extensions (or sub goodmorning)
50 Wall Balls (20/14)
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders (12″ stick jump if you just cannot do DU’s yet)
Here is one that is near and dear to my heart… in 2007, I “found” CrossFit… it took me about a week of watching what “they” were doing in the back room at the gym to finally get the courage to ask to join in. On my second day, I was so excited to come back and then watched as “Filthy Fifty” was written on the board. At first I thought it was a joke but then 3-2-1 go… I have been hooked ever since.
