Come join us on Saturday, December 31st for a 10 am workout… the final WOD of 2011!

Monday, January 2nd, 2012 Mile High CrossFit will be open for all regular class times. Per usual please make sure we know if you will be attending the 5:30 am class time. Texting is preferred but feel free to call or email as well, just let us know that you will for sure be there and if you need a wake up call or not. (I am kidding… kind of).

Dynamic Deadlifts (start light, add weight as able)
