WOD#2 is UP! 15min AMRAP 9 Deadlifts (155/100) 12 Push Ups (hand release, rigid body) 15 Box Jumps (24/20).  Get excited!  We will be doing the WOD Friday during class times.  Sat and Sun will be make up days.  If you can’t make it during those times please contact a trainer to arrange a time.

6 Push Jerk (115/80)
12 Box Jumps (24/20)
**2 HSPU at the top of every minute.  Go for full range of motion!
