Whichever workout you did not do on Wednesday, you will do today. Or if you did the Games WOD4 and want to re-do it, you are welcome to do so.

Class times as usual, 5:30 am, NOON, 5:30 pm!  See you then!

GAMES WOD 11.4

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
30 Overhead squats (120lbs / 90lbs)
10 Muscle-ups

OR

15-12-9-6-3
Squat Snatch (95/65)
Burpees
