Working for strength and technique today.  Concentrate on your form especially for the deadlift and OHS.  Excited to see the boys battle out heaviest push up!

WOD:
Deadlift Strength: 5 reps at 75%, 3 reps at 85%, 1 rep at 95%

Strength/Skill Work
8 x 2 reps Dynamic Deadlifts with band (50% 1RM)
Then, Loaded Push Ups – Stack weight on back for a 1 RM
Then, OHS work up to a 1 RM max, then at 50% 1 RM attempt max reps
