Team WOD
As a team, each team member completes all reps of all exercises.  Each team member cannot move onto the next exercise until the person in front of them completes that exercise.

25 Back Weighted Lunges (95/65)
30 Burpees
30 Hollow Body Rocks
40 Sledgehammer/Bat Swings
