CrossFit Games start FRIDAY!!

The excitement is building for the Games this coming weekend.  In case you didn’t see, ESPN3 will be showing a live feed online of the events and there should be plenty of update videos flying around facebook and the Games site.  Chris and Shara will be at the event keeping everyone back home updated on the happenings on and off the event floor.  To get caught up on who is competing in the various divisions check out the link.  Let us know who your favorite is to win it all!!
