STRENGTH: OHS
5 x 65%, 5 x 75%, 5 or more x 85%

Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk
Rep 1 shoulder press rep 2 push press rep 3 push jerk. Repeat until shoulder press is impossible then continue until push press is impossible then 5 more push jerk. Start with 95/65 and go up only when the total reps exceed thirty.


THEN:

RUN 1 Mile for time
