CO Open WODs 1-3 on Saturday

CO Open Parking Info: We will have all of the spots in the complex for our use.  All overflow parking will need to take place in the old Albertson’s parking lot just south of FRCF.  WE CAN NOT PARK ON VALENTIA OR IN THE CAR CENTER TO THE WEST OF OUR BUILDING!!!!   Please help us maintain good relations with our neighbors.  Last year, several cars were towed.  Please work with us on this issue

Here are the WODs.  The Atlas Stones should be interesting…. 

WOD 1:

5 rounds for time of:

10 back squats, 205 lbs (135 lbs)
10 pullups, chin over
150 meter run

WOD2:

3 rounds for time of:

10 stone shoulders, 115 lbs (70 lbs)
50 double-unders

(this is funny…for the modification on this WOD, he just said None, Do DUs)

WOD3:

1000m Row (this is done on our own time throughout the day, no set heat times)
