12 Snatch Grip Deadlifts
9 Hang Snatch
6 OHS
*95/65 for all bar movements
-this is similar to the Hero WOD DT.  Your goal should be to go unbroken during the deadlifts, snatch and OHS and transition unbroken between the movements.
