Gymnastics Session Wed. Sept 28 from 8-9PM

Please email us to sign up: milehighcrossfit@gmail.com or tell a trainer if you want in.  We need to give JR a head out.  $15 for an hour + of semi-private (our group only) training from a gymanstics instructor and local Denver area CrossFitter. JR runs the Parker School of Gymnastics in Parker, it’s only about 10-12 minutes from the gym.
