WOD

Strength: Deadlift 3 reps at 70%, 80%, 3 or more at 90%

2 min Challenge: Max HSPU

Then Snatch Balance work

3 Rounds of 1 Snatch Balance to 3 Overhead Squats (start light and increase weight each round)
2 Rounds of 1 Snatch Balance to 2 OHS (increasing weight each round)
Continue to reach 1 Rep Max Snatch Balance (no additional OHS)
