Skill: Spend about 10 minutes working Muscle Ups/Pull Ups- MU Progression, Chest to Bar or Butterfly Pull Ups. If you are proficient at MUs, see how many sets of 2, 3 or 5 you can link in a row

12 Pull Ups
8 Pistols (4 each leg, alternating)
4 Power Cleans (185/125)
2 Push Jerk (185/125)
