Sunday Open Gym 10:30 – NOON

Hey guys, we are running an open gym from 10:30 til Noon on Sunday. Please come with a make up WOD or skill to work on.

Great Team Saturday WOD! Thanks again for helping us run the Club 303 Volleyball Team players smoothly by being on time and getting straight to the warm up. We appreciate your help.

300 Wall Balls (20/14)
250 Box Jumps
200 Ring Dips
* Each member wok at one station for 1 minute and then rotate through each station. Once all reps of 1 exercise are complete that station turns into a rest station. Continue until all 4 exercises are complete.
