CrossFit and The Biggest Loser
Rarely do Chris and I find time to introduce new TV shows into our evening schedule. Between coaching, WODing, cooking and preparing for the next day we mostly limit TV to How I Met Your Mother and Big Bang Theory. Before opening MHCF, I was obsessed with The Biggest Loser. I loved seeing people make huge accomplishments and reach their goals for a healthy lifestyle. I admit the ‘drama’ of it all was a little much and I usually Tivo’d to the training sessions and weigh ins but over the past year I stopped watching completely.
But you bet I’ll be watching tonight as Bob Harper turns his training style over to CrossFit WODs. What a great way to compare the different training styles out there and show that CrossFit really is for everyone!
