For this strength portion of the wod it is only 5 reps. They should be heavy and you should really focus on your form! As you can see the WOD contains plenty of deadlifts at a “mid” weight. We want everyone to come back for Friday and it seems that we often lose focus on our deadlifts and feel it the next day. Take care to work wisely. Here is a reminder video for you to watch because I know our voices saying the same things over and over and over… gets old… and maybe perhaps you stop listening. HAHA never.
