Tonight’s the night! The 2 year anniversary party/Halloween party at MHCF.  Party will start around 6PM and go til 9 or so. Friends, family, kiddos are all welcome. We’ll have food, beverages, a WOD and hoover ball. If you can’t make the party in the evening, feel free to wear your costume to an earlier class.

Strength:
Alternate 5×2 Banded Deadlifts and 5×3 Weighted Dips (use belts for the rings and plates if box dips)

–          Increase weight each round

“Annie Get Your Stone”
50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders
3 Stone to Shoulders, carry the stone 20ft (115/70)

50-40-30-20-10 Sit Ups
3 Stone to Shoulders, carry the stone 20ft (115/70)

*The order is 50 Double Unders, 3 Stone Shoulderlings and the carry, 50 Sit Ups, 3 Stone shoulderlings and carry, then 40-3-40-3, etc.
