HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! Hope everyone has a fun day and please stay safe out there trick-o-treating!  If you missed the Halloween party last week or just want to re-live the fun feel free to show up and WOD in costume 🙂

“Grace”
30 Power Clean and Jerk (135/95)

*10 minute cap, scale accordingly
– this is a 30 day re-test from the Oct 1 Grace. If you modified last time and were over 5 minutes use the same weight and kick it’s butt! If you were under 5 minutes consider going up in weight, but it’s your call. If you went RX…repeat and get yourself a new PR!
