Can’t believe it’s November already! Starting this month we will be setting aside one day the first week of the month to dedicate to Olympic lifting (Snatch and Clean & Jerk).  Even though there won’t be a conventional WOD, you’ll get a lot out of these focused days.  From newbies to the veterans everyone could use help polishing their techniques.  Feed back is always welcome and encouraged so let us know what you think.
