For todays workout there is built in rest so please push hard through the reps and use the rest to recovery versus slowing down your pace. 

Skill – Every 30 seconds for 4 minutes (8 total reps):
1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch (full squat) @ 70%

WOD
4 rounds for total working time of:

10 Unbroken Front Squats @65-70%
10 Handstand Pushups
50 Double Unders
* rest 30 seconds after each round
**Record total time with rests

Cool Down:

Accumulate 2 minutes of L-sit
