Mile High CrossFit 2 year Anniversary Party coming up on Friday October 26 in the evening. Please save the date!

CO Masters event is coming up this weekend. Make plans to head out to Front Range CrossFit to watch and cheer on the competitors. Once we get the WODs and heat times of the Mile High Competitors we’ll get em posted.

Strength: 15 minutes to establish a 1RM Clean and Jerk

5 rounds for time:

25 Jumping Squats with 45/35 bar on back (come to full hip extension on the jump)
20 KB Swings (53/35)
15 Pullups
