30 Handstand push-ups
50 Back Extensions (sub goodmornings 45/35)
30 Knees to elbows
30 Deadlift 225/155 pound
30 Dumbbell push press (45/25)
50 Kettlebell swings (53/35)
Row 20 calories
10 Muscle-ups (sub 3:1 Pull-ups + Ring Dips)

Cool down:
30 Mountain Climbers
20 Hollow Body Rocks
