Crossfit Open begins next week!!  If you haven’t signed up yet, get on it! The Open is for EVERYONE! It’s a 5 week competition (1 WOD a week) and we’ll be doing the WODs at the gym so you may as well get signed up.  Top 3 men and women’s scores from each week will contribute to the team’s overall score and give us a chance to get qualify the team for Regionals in May! games.crossfit.com

Strength: Shoulder Press – 5 x 65%, 5 x 75%, 5 or more x 85%

Then…

For time:
50 Back Squats (75/55)
5 Muscle Ups
40 Back Squats
4 Muscle Ups
30 Back Squats
3 Muscle Ups
20 Back Squats
2 Muscle Ups
10 Back Squats
1 Muscle Up

*Muscle Up modification is 3 to 1 pullups and ring (or box) dips.
