6:30AM Class is ON this Tuesday and Thursday!!

Crossfit Open begins next week!!  If you haven’t signed up yet, get on it! The Open is for EVERYONE! It’s a 5 week competition (1 WOD a week) and we’ll be doing the WODs at the gym so you may as well get signed up.  Top 3 men and women’s scores from each week will contribute to the team’s overall score and give us a chance to get qualify the team for Regionals in May! games.crossfit.com

Paleo Challenge ends this Thursday.  Please email or talk to a coach about signing up for retests and measurements between Thursday and Sunday.
