6:30AM Open Gym TUESDAY and THURSDAY this week!

The 1st Open Sectionals WOD is announced Feb 22nd!!  Start getting signed up for this worldwide competition!  You can scale the workouts as needed so everyone can participate!  Go to http://games.crossfit.com for additional details and to sign up.  Make sure you link yourself to the Mile High CrossFit affiliate AND the team.
